Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive for fast order processing, please submit any changes or cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time cannot be fulfilled. You can return your order after receiving it for a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, your order may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, incomplete and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the items and any relevant references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received credit for your return, please follow these steps: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
